Im looking for cheap or discount hotels in nyc?

im looking for cheap hotels in nyc. im looking for hotels that are close to times square and shopping and food places too. i have never been to nyc before and i am planning this trip of youth in my church for next year march 2009/





if you no of any sites that have cheap hotels then let me no.


i don't want to do that whole price-line or expedia thing.booking the hotels in advance because if someone cant go then it would be a waste of money.

What do you mean by cheap? Is cheap for you under $100 or is it $150 - $300+ per night? If you choose the former, good luck finding one in NYC. But if you have a larger budget you can find some good deals in the city.

Okay..sorry New Yorkers but I can't allow her to listen to you all. You guys spend ya big money on whatever so you think ';cheap'; is $400. Nope!





My friends and I have traveled to NYC 3 times now and each time we have stayed at the Manhattan Broadway Hotel. It is near Times Square and each time we have been able to stay in a room for under $150 a night. It does depend though on how many you will be traveling, but anyway...check them out.
