There are many but I like to use this one here - http://www.hotelscombined.com/?a_aid=13058%26amp;label=yahooans. It searches all the top travel sites on the Internet and returns many results, from the very cheap on up. It also has good reviews by other people that have stayed in the hotels before.

No, you can go to http://www.wego.com/ to book a hotel as I had book my hotel for Shenzhen using this for US$32 per room per night.
