Looking for something basic en route to Med' coast. Used Formule 1 before...OK(ish) wondered if there are any others.

My favorite lower end hotel chain is the B %26amp; B. Their beds are nice, the rooms are clean, you have a private bathroom, and the price is right.
I stayed in Ibis hotel in Avignon... personally, I would stay in a small local hotel. The Ibis Hotel was nice, had a pool and all... but boring as hell!
